Participation in the ISSRPPM is restricted to 30 Nephropathologists, Nephrologists, or trainees that meet one or more of the following criteria: practicing renal pathology, previous training in renal pathology, interest in or access to digital pathology and/or omics science.

The application will be reviewed by the Steering Committee of the school and, within two weeks, the applicant will receive a notice with the registration form and the instructions for payment.
Note: a copy of the form and bank transfer receipt must be sent within two weeks from receipt of the confirmation email.

Registration will be considered completed only after payment of the fee.

Please note that a participant may not be substituted by a colleague from the same Institution; should that be the case, a new application should be submitted.

ENTERING EUROPE AND VISA INFORMATION

For travelers (non-EU citizens) from countries requiring a Visa to Enter Europe:
Check the expiration date on your passport as you should have at least 6 months’ validity prior to departure.
Check with the Italian Embassy in your Country for visa requirements. Be aware that in some cases the Visa application procedure may be lengthy and you may have to make an appointment with the Italian Embassy well in advance. You are advised to start the visa application procedure as soon as you receive your payment confirmation.
If you need an invitation letter from the school, we can provide it upon confirmation of the registration in the school.

For travelers (non-EU citizens) from countries NOT requiring a Visa to Enter Europe:
For travelers from the 30 countries (list: https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias/who-should-apply_en#ETIAS-countries) not requiring a visa to enter Europe/Italy, a valid ETIAS or electronic travel authorization may be required. Check https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias/what-etias_en for updated information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any notifications of cancellation should be sent by e-mail to issrppm@aristea.com and will entitle to the following refund:

• 100% refund before February 28th, 2024
• 50% refund before March 30th, 2024
• No refund after April 1st, 2024

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be processed after the end of the School.
